Air Travel
American Airlines will provide a special 5 percent discount to AAKP Convention attendees. To make reservations, call (800) 433-1790. In order to receive the discount, identify yourself as an AAKP Convention attendee and provide the discount code A9787AK. (Reservations made via the telephone are subject to an additional $15 service fee.)

Reservations may also be made online by visiting the Reservations section of the American Airlines Web site.  Enter the discount code (mentioned above) in the space reserved for “AA.com Discount Code”. Please note that discounts are only valid between Aug. 28 and Sept. 5, 2007 for flights arriving and departing from St. Louis International Airport (STL).

While American Airlines is our preferred air travel carrier, attendees are encouraged to check fares and availabilities of other airlines.

Rental Car
Avis Car Rental is proud to offer a special group discount to AAKP Convention attendees. To make rental car reservations, please contact Avis at (800) 331-1600 or visit the Avis Web Site. To receive the discounted rate, provide the sales agent with the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number J658728. Discounted rates are available Aug. 23 - Sept. 9 at Avis locations nationwide.

While Avis Car Rental is our preferred rental car carrier, attendees are encouraged to check the rates and availabilities of other car rental agencies.

Shuttle Service
Shuttle service to and from the hotel and airport is provided by TransExpress. AAKP and TransExpress have partnered to provide attendees with a discounted round-trip coupon.

Discount coupons are included in each attendee’s confirmation package and may also be downloaded from the TransExpress Web site. The specific shuttle times and restrictions are outlined on the coupon. Discount coupons are valid Aug. 24 – Sept. 10.
