Tampa, Fla. November 3, 2005 -- The American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) now offers a Spanish version of its informational series of books and newsletters, AAKP Patient Plan©, on its Web site. Click here.

This popular series explains information related to kidney disease, such as what to expect, what your needs will be, who will help you, what you need to know, and how to make your journey through kidney disease a success. AAKP Patient Plan© is designed to address questions and concerns through four phases of information – Phase 1: Diagnosis to Treatment Choice, Phase 2: Access and Initiation, Phase 3: Stabilization, and Phase 4: Ongoing Treatment.
