AAKP Secures Additional Hotel to Accommodate 2005 Annual Convention Attendees

TAMPA, Fla. June 17, 2005 -- Due to the overwhelming response to AAKP’s 32nd Annual Convention to be held Sept. 1-4 in Las Vegas, rooms at the Convention hotel, the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, are sold out. AAKP has secured an additional hotel, the Courtyard Marriott Summerlin, to accommodate Convention attendees.

Attendees are encouraged to first contact the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa at (800) 297-5056 to make reservations. Identify yourself as an AAKP Convention attendee to receive the preferred rate of $119. If reservations are not available, contact the Courtyard Marriott Summerlin at (800) 321-2211 or (702) 646-4400 and identify yourself as an AAKP Convention attendee.

The Courtyard Marriott Summerlin is located 4 miles from the Convention site. AAKP will provide scheduled transportation between the hotels. In addition, AAKP will provide complimentary shuttle service between McCarran International Airport and each hotel. Shuttle service is on a first-come, first-served basis and will run on a fixed schedule (approximately every 1 1/2 hours) during peak flight arrival and departure times. Further details will be available in attendee confirmation packages.
