AAKP will list contact information for independent support groups meeting the following recommendations:

• The support group is renal related.
• The support group meets at least once a month.
• The support group meets in a designated location such as a hospital, dialysis unit, church, library or similar location.
• A contact person representing the focus of the support group is available.

There are several benefits for listing your support group with AAKP. If you would like your support group listed with AAKP, please complete the Support Group Listing Application. Upon receipt of the form, an AAKP representative will contact you within five business days to discuss the placement of your information on the AAKP Web site.
