Ingredients:
- cooking spray
- 1/3 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash extra spicy herb seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- water to moisten chicken
- 1 pound skinless chicken breasts cut into 4 servings
Preparation:
- Spray a nonstick baking pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix bread crumbs, Mrs. Dash herb seasoning, cumin, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Dip chicken in water to moisten and then into bread crumb mixture. Press crumbs to adhere to chicken.
- Place chicken on a baking pan and pat on any remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 350 F until thoroughly cooked, 25 to 30 minutes.
