There are three different ways you may join the Samuel Orenstein Legacy Program, a monthly contribution that improves AAKP's educational materials, patient advocacy and programs. The program allows you to play a role in positive change within the Association. Legacy donors receive  special recognition in aakpRENALIFE , a free AAKP membership (with a monthly donation of  $30 or more a month) and special invitations to programs and events hosted in your area. 

• You can make a monthly credit card gift by using the electronic form accessed through the Make a Monthly Gift Online Form. Upon completion you will receive an electronic confirmation letter.
• If you do not want donate online, you can download the Samuel Orenstein Legacy Monthly Donor Form and send it to the AAKP office.
• You can also join this unique program by contacting AAKP at (800) 749-AAKP.
