Get a healthy start this year by making good food choices and taking control of your health care. Talk to your physician or dietitian about ways you can improve your eating habits and overall health.
Here are some suggestions on how to make good food choices throughout 2009:
- Eat regularly.
- Choose nutritious options.
- Avoid eating to the point of feeling 'stuffed.'
- Determine if you are hungry or emotional.
- Don't go completely fat free with your food choices.
- Get enough, but not too much, fluid.
- Stay active.
Make this year the year you become the leader in your health care. Happy New Year!
