AAKP is gearing up for its 35th Annual Convention and is pleased to announce special educational sessions on Friday, Aug. 29 relating to the renal diet and living well with chronic kidney disease (CKD). These presentations, titled Maintaining Adequate Nutrition with Chronic Kidney Disease, include presentations by award winning healthy lifestyle chef, Chef O, and leading medical expert, Dr. William Finn. There will also be a question and answer session.
