AAKP would like to wish you a happy and healthy holiday season. Our mission is to represent the needs of fellow kidney patients. Throughout 2008, AAKP has worked diligently to provide valuable resources to support kidney patients and their families by helping them deal with the physical, emotional and social impact of kidney disease.
