Tomorrow is the last day to submit your nominations for the 2009 Medal of Excellence Award. This prestigious award recognizes the extraordinary skills and devotion of a physician in the renal field.
 
Eligible physicians include any person who has been a renal physician for at least five years and who has achieved outstanding success in caring for kidney disease patients. The award recipient is chosen on the basis of information submitted. 
 
To submit your  nomination for AAKP's 2009 Medal of Excellence Award, please complete the nomination form found on the AAKP Web site. Self nominations are encouraged. Entries must be postmarked on or before Dec. 3, 2008.
