Kidney Beginnings: Live is Twice as Nice in March

AAKP is proud to be hosting two Kidney Beginnings: Live programs in the month of March. Kidney Beginnings: Live is a FREE educational program designed to teach individuals the basics of kidney disease and proper kidney care.

The upcoming March programs include:

  • AAKP has partnered with the Hillsborough County's Health & Social Services Department to host a Kidney Beginnings: Live program and Health Fair. Program attendees have the opportunity to receive complimentary blood pressure and blood glucose health screenings and are provided free educational materials through the event exhibitors. This event takes place March 9 at the West Tampa Neighborhood Service Center. To RSVP online, please click here.
  • AAKP and the Brookland Baptist Church Health & Wellness Guild are joining forces to host a Kidney Beginnings: Live program in conjunction with their Annual Community Health Fair. Attendees have the opportunity to receive complimentary health screenings and are provided educational materials through event exhibitors. This program takes place March 14 at the Brookland Baptist Church Health & Wellness Center in West Columbia, SC.

Make your March count by learning more about chronic kidney disease (CKD), its causes and effects. To RSVP for either program, please contact AAKP at (800) 749-AAKP.
