AAKP HealthLine Call Discusses the Affects of Sodium and Protein in Renal Disease

AAKP's upcoming HealthLine conference call is titled Understanding the Affects of Protein and Sodium in Renal Disease, and features information about how the body utilizes sodium and protein, the importance of limiting sodium intake, possible protein alternatives and more. The call takes place July 29, from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. ET, and includes presentations by renal dietitians, Marianne Hutton, RD, CDE, and Angelo Capozzoli, RD, CSR, LD. 
 
AAKP HealthLine is a free educational conference call designed to educate attendees about topics related to kidney disease from the comfort of their own home or office. Carefully selected health care professionals give presentations on a topic and attendees have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the program.
