AAKP HealthLine Tackles Meal Planning

The upcoming AAKP HealthLine conference call, titled Meal Planning 101, features information on the importance of food portion sizes, how to measure portion sizes and how to read and understand a food nutrition label. These topics assist kidney patients on restricted diets learn how to manage, plan and prepare meals.
 
The Meal Planning 101 call takes place April 17, from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. ET. Registration for HealthLine calls may be done by visiting the AAKP Web site, www.aakp.org, or by contacting AAKP at (800) 749-AAKP.
