A report from the University of Miami found a majority of seniors who visit the Medicare Web site find it a frustrating experience and have trouble finding the information they need.
Whether the user is trying to figure out their eligibility for home healthcare or which drug plan is best for them, most seniors found Medicare's Web site difficult to use. Participants in the study said the site was difficult to navigate from page to page and some of the language was too confusing or complex.
The study did show participants seniors thought the Internet could be a valuable tool for accessing medical information.
