AAKP is proud to announce Todd Ing, MD, as the recipient of the 2008 Medal of Excellence Award.
Dr. Ing is currently courtesy staff physician in the Department of Medicine at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Hines, IL, as well as Professor Emeritus of Medicine at Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine.
Dr. Ing is most highly noted for his exceptional patient care and support. He has provided renal care for veterans for more than 30 years and his enthusiasm for patients is shown in his bedside teaching, publication of articles and books, and his organization of educational seminars for patients and healthcare professionals alike.
Dr. Ing and the Medal of Excellence nominees are honored at the Medal of Excellence Award Dinner held Sunday, March 16, at 7 p.m., in Austin, Texas, at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
