From the AAKP family, we want to wish you joy and happiness during the holiday season and well into the New Year.  Our family is a large one, with nine staff, 20 Board members, 16 chapters, numerous volunteers who spend countless hours working for patients and, of course, especially you.

You are very much a part of the AAKP family. It is because of you that we carry out our mission each and every day. Your desire to know more about your healthcare inspires us to provide as much information as possible. Whether we met you this year at the AAKP Convention or talked to you on the phone you had a huge impact on our lives. Your correspondence, questions, ideas and discussions motivated us to develop new programs and initiatives.

As you begin to make your New Year’s resolutions, be sure to include a goal to be the leader of your healthcare team. Armed with information about kidney disease, you can most certainly achieve this goal.
