Life Membership

AAKP Life Members comprise an important and prestigious group of people.

Choosing to become a Life Member is an expression of long-term dedication to help kidney patients achieve a better quality of health and life. Life Membership is an investment that benefits both you and the Association.

How You Can Help

As a Life Member your importance extends beyond the significant monetary gift.  Your gift is a true testimony to your lasting commitment and support.  In addition to your strong desire to make a difference all it takes is a one time investment of $1,000. The cost of Life Membership is a relatively small price to pay for the impact your support will make.

Life Memberships make wonderful gifts. You may choose to honor your loved ones by giving them the gift of knowing how significant a role they play in kidney patients' lives nationwide.

Our Gifts to You

In addition to the general benefits for becoming a member of the Association, all new Life Members receive a package containing a framed certificate acknowledging their dedication as a Life Member, a life member keychain and a gold and blue lapel pin.  As a Life Member you also receive an invitation to the exclusive Life Membership Appreciation Reception held during the AAKP Annual Convention.

However, the most important gift you will receive is the lifelong satisfaction of knowing that you have helped improve the lives of fellow kidney patients.
