Patient/Family Membership: $25 Annually

If you, or a family member, are affected by kidney disease then Patient/Family Membership is for you. Patient/Family Membership provides the perfect opportunity to enable kidney patients and their families to become more actively involved with their healthcare.

For memberships outside of the United States, an additional $30 per year is required.

• If completing the online form, select the "other amount" in the Membership Dues Information box and type $55 ($25 membership dues plus additional $30) in the text box. Your credit card will be charged $55.
