The American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) is announcing its call for topics and/or presentations for the 2010 Annual Convention. Patients, health care professionals and companies/organizations are encouraged to submit an application to suggest a topic or presentation during the Annual Convention.

Session topics or presentations on the following information is just a sample of what AAKP is requesting:

• Advancements in patient quality of care
• Innovations in kidney disease
• Medicare updates
• Legislative issues
• Transplantation/Living donors/Paired or Altruistic donation
• Exercise, Diet and Nutrition
• Coping with kidney disease (guided imagery, stress management, depression, caregiver information, etc.)
• Chronic kidney disease (stages 1 - 4)
• Dialysis (stage 5, treatment updates, dialysis side effects, etc.)
• And much more!
