Hemodialysis
DaVita and Fresenius Medical Care/Patient Travel Services are providing dialysis treatments for those needing this service. Attendees are solely responsible for scheduling and payment of their dialysis treatments.

Please be advised that scheduling is based on availability. For registered Convention attendees using DaVita or Frensenius Medical Care/Patient Travel Services, complimentary transportation to and from dialysis from the Convention hotel (Tampa Marriott Waterside) is provided by AAKP. Attendees who miss their scheduled transportation are responsible for securing and payment for alternative transportation.

Convention attendees requiring dialysis are encouraged to make their reservations prior to Aug. 2, 2010 and to identify themselves as an AAKP Convention Attendee when contacting DaVita or Fresenius Medical Care/Patient Travel Services.

Peritoneal Dialysis
Peritoneal dialysis supplies can be shipped directly to the hotel. They should arrive no earlier than three days prior to check-in. Boxes should be labeled with the following information:

• Guest name
• Arrival date
• AAKP Convention Attendee Medical Supplies
