Continuing Education Credits

AAKP will offer Continuing Education Credits (10.5) for licensed social workers . Certificates of Attendance are available for other health care professionals attending the Convention upon request. Please contact AAKP at (800) 749-AAKP for additional information.

This year, AAKP is pleased to offer a Special Session for health care professionals titled, The Patient Perspective: Understanding Patient/Family Centered Care. Health care professionals will have the unique opportunity to understand renal care from the patients' perspective.
