Each year, during the American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) Annual Convention, the Association presents its prominent Annual Awards to individuals who, by their demonstrated commitment and example, help to carry out the mission of AAKP.

We would like to invite you to submit a nomination(s) in each of the award categories for someone you feel should be recognized for their efforts and accomplishments. We will honor the award recipients during AAKP’s 2008 Annual Convention in Washington, D.C., to be held Aug. 28 – 31.

Therefore, it is important to include complete information for each of the nominees. Self nominations are accepted and encouraged. Please note: To be considered, all award nominations must be postmarked and mailed to AAKP no later than Monday, June 30, 2008.
