Hemodialysis
Fresenius Medical Care/Patient Travel Services is providing dialysis treatments for those needing this service. Attendees are solely responsible for scheduling and payment of their dialysis treatments.

Please be advised that scheduling is based on availability. For registered Convention attendees using Fresenius Medical Care/Patient Travel Services, transportation to and from dialysis from the Convention hotel (Adam's Mark St. Louis) is provided by AAKP. Attendees who miss their scheduled transportation are responsible for securing additional transportation.

To schedule hemodialysis, please call Amber Champagne at 800-634-6254. Their hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., CT, Monday through Friday.

Peritoneal Dialysis
Peritoneal dialysis supplies can be shipped directly to the hotel. They should arrive no earlier than three days prior to check-in. Boxes should be labeled with the following information:

• Guest Name
• Arrival Date
• "AAKP Convention Attendee"
