Each year, during the AAKP Annual Convention, the Association presents its prominent Annual Awards for individual recognition and Chapter achievement.

Nominations are now being accepted. The nomination form and description of awards is available online.

An awards committee, comprised of members of the renal community, is responsible for making the final selections for these awards. Therefore, it is important to include complete information for each of the nominees. Self nominations are accepted and encouraged. Please note: To be considered, all award nominations must be postmarked and mailed to AAKP no later than Friday, July 6, 2007.

We will honor the award recipients during AAKP’s 2007 Annual Convention in St. Louis, Mo., to be held Aug. 30 – Sept. 2.
