The Medal of Excellence is an American Association of Kidney Patients' (AAKP) recognition program that honors a renal physician for his or her extraordinary skills and devotion in the renal field. AAKP is pleased to announce Todd Ing, MD as the 2008 Medal of Excellence Award recipient.

AAKP honored Dr. Ing and the 2008 nominees at the Medal of Excellence Award Dinner on Sunday, March 16, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Renaissance Austin Hotel in Austin, TX. Each year, the Award Dinner is held in conjunction with the Renal Physicians Association's Annual Meeting.

AAKP, along with patients, friends and fellow colleagues were pleased to bestow this honor on Dr. Ing.
