Soy Yogurt Berry Pops

Prep time: 5 minutes Makes: 4 pops

• 2 (6 oz each) cartons soy yogurt, strawberry or blueberry flavored
• 1 cup strawberries or blueberries, frozen

Puree all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour mixture into 5 oz paper cup or 1/2-cup popsicle mold. Place popsicle stick in center of mixture. Repeat to make three more popsicles. Freeze at least two hours or until firm.

Nutrition Facts per Serving 4 : 90 cal, 1 g total fat (0 g sat fat), 0 mg chol, 10 mg sodium, 18 g carbo, 1 g fiber, 2 g pro, 0 % Daily Value Vitamin A, 25 % Daily Value Vitamin C, 2 % Daily Value iron, 25 % Daily value calcium.
