Valerie Gonzalez is the Director of Office Operations for AAKP. Her responsibilities include handling employee benefits questions, bookkeeping and volunteer recruitment efforts. She also supervises all activities related to fulfillment of information requests, data entry and telephone inquires. Ms. Gonzalez has experience in designing and administering employee benefits programs. She is constantly aware of changing Federal and State regulations and legislation that may affect employee benefits. Ms. Gonzalez also initiates employee training programs designed to develop skills and enhance productivity and quality of work.
Ms. Gonzalez joined AAKP in 2005.
Ms. Gonzalez brings many years of office managerial skills to AAKP. Before joining AAKP, Ms. Gonzalez worked for Choice Medical Management Services as a Complex Care Services Specialist. She also served as Office Manager of Troya Engineering and Fabrication, Inc.
